sq m. The plant houses technologically advanced machines/equipment:
- A battery of Mitsubishi CNC Hobbing Machines and SIMCAT Red-ring CNC Shaving Machines
- Fellows Shaping Machines
- CNC Bore and Cylindrical Grinding Machines
- Hoffler & Klingenberg Gear Testers for checking gears up to 600 mm dia
- Gleason Hurth Shaving Cutter Grinding & Re-sharpening Machine – with 9 axes controlled Siemens 840D software equipped with simulation which provides a graphic display illustrating the exact geometry of a tooth flank after grinding
- Reishauer Gear Grinder RZ400
- State-of-the-art Continuous Gas Carburising Furnace (from Aichelin) – fully PLC controlled with robotics for Press Quenching
- PLC Controlled Sealed Quench Furnaces (with hot oil quenching for reduced distortions)
